In Turkmenistan a second stage of the UNDP Program for recruitment and professional training is launched

Graduates of the universities of Turkmenistan with knowledge of the English language gained an opportunity to take part in a new two-year Program for recruitment and professional training, the second round of which is launched by the UN Development Program within the framework of the UNDP Strategy “People 2030”.

Graduates of the universities with knowledge of the English language receive a unique opportunity to work during two years in the capacity of an international employee (P1 level) at the head-quarters, country and regional representative offices of UNDP.

It is expected that after two years, which will also include a special training program, graduates of this Vocational Training Program will be ready to apply for relevant positions in the UNDP system at the national or international levels.

Program starts from the first quarter of 2023. Candidates for participation should have a master’s degree (with no more than 2 years of work experience) or bachelor’s degree (minimum 2 years and no more than 3 years of relevant paid work experience) in the following fields of development: political science, public administration, international relations, development studies, economics, statistics, data management, environmental science, business or public administration, finance, law, procurement or supply chain management, personnel management, economics, data management and others.
